was a 4-year collegiate athlete at a D1 School, and was able to achieve
my goal of becoming a professional soccer player in Belgium. Having
such a background I was blessed with opportunities to work with some of

Tammy "We started meeting 3 times a week and worked primarily on
corrective work for my shoulder. We did incorporate other exercise in such as
cardio, leg work and core work. After about 3 months, my shoulder issue was
almost non existent. I was amazed. I had almost full range of motion. Now the
real fun was to begin. We began serious workouts. Intense cardio, core work,
flexibility work and much more. Of
course he made the workouts so much fun that sometimes it really didn’t feel

Kristy "I started working with Rick Trevino when chronic hip pain prevented me from playing with my young children and even sleeping. None of the exercises I tried helped. I began training at Kaizen Fitness 3 times a week, including corrective exercises and foam rolling at home as recommended by Rick. I do not typically enjoy exercising, but my sessions with Rick have always been enjoyable and motivating. He was always extremely patient and methodical about finding the issues with my movements and identifying ways I could correct them. He even took the time to develop completely new exercises so I could progress while having fun doing so, and taught me how to correct myself during everyday activities to prevent further injury.
